Mr. Reed is certified as a Employee Assistance Professional, a Licensed Professional Counselor (MO), a Licensed Clinical Christian Therapist (Nationwide) and Ordained Minister. He has counseled for over 35 years, while providing counseling, coaching and consulting to employees and organizations for 20 years. He was an adjunct professor for 10 years and has developed several employee assistance programs.
